3-Typhoon Stride N – Was a bit lukewarm on the board & got torched first over through searing fractions in his second US start, now drops into a prime spot

1-Blank Stare – Beaten chalk when he dropped down @ Harrah’s Philadelphia & towered up from a tough spot, draws better here to give Team Cullipher a strong 1-2 punch

7-Bechers Brook A – Has cycled forward in his last few, just missed two starts back @ Harrah’s Philadelphia, that effort would work here & loves this track

3-Billy Clyde – Billy was freshened & tuned up with a nice qualifier here off a solid second in the PASS Final, draws well to sit up close, pounce late & flaunt his class

2-Southwind Petyr – Right there a close second in the EBC, then a rare early miscue proved costly in the NYSS Final, took his mark of 1:50.1 here this season

5-Truffle Dog – Shows back-to-back aggressive wins recently on smaller tracks, raced well against salty N/W 5 stock here this past summer for Team Cullipher

7-Captains Maid – Was overmatched in a much-needed tour of the oval, Team Bongiorno trainee gets significant class relief & switches to The White Knight

6-J Rockin B – Dropped to this level & rallied for third in last Saturday’s finale, 1:51.2 winner here this season can show more in an anticipated follow up

5-Rapunzel Blue Chip – Beaten lukewarm favorite finished a solid second ahead of J Rockin B from post nine, that makes her a solid contender despite a two for 24 in 2021

1-Chiplosive – His record shows he loves this track & the long stretch, remains down in class, draws the rail & finds a field where he can spark something for Team Cullipher

7-Max – Beaten favorite finished a well-beaten third behind his stablemate, classy Team Burke trainee makes his third start off the bench against a slower group

8-Skyway Kon Man – Here’s another Team Cullipher trainee eligible to step up, draws another outside post, but might be heard from if there’s some pace to shoot at

5-Rockeyed Optimist – Raced better with further class relief last week, now this classy 10YO drops again, he’s long overdue & looks like the target in this one

6-Cecil Casanova – Sports a mark of 1:51.2 at The Big M this season, fresh off a good tightening mile & retains Brian Sears & expected to show more

1-Stormont Czar – One for 29 in 2021, but turned things around with a solid pacesetting effort & finished with broken equipment last week, moves inside for a similar effort

3-Winnerup – 1:52.1 performer @ The Big M this season had no chance after a slow start from post nine, with class & post relief this Team Burke trainee is likely to take charge

5-Justlikehim – Been knocking on the door recently, like the way he chased Hockey Hanover with a :27.2 sprint & might be on the verge despite the class hike

8-Deltasun A – Finished a solid third against better back in the Andrew Harris barn after missing a month, stuck outside, but this 8YO took a mark of 1:51.4 here this season

7-She’s Nun Bettor N – Congrats to Ron Burke for passing 12,000 wins this week, this Bettor’s Delight mare just missed with a wicked :26.3 last week & she’s overdue

4-Staycation Hanover – Pelling-tuned filly responded to a perfect drive by The White Knight last week, draws better with something positive to build on in a tight match up

5-Stonebridge Soul – Chris Ryder trainee was a solid third two starts back, then caught out of position, look for a more aggressive effort from this 1:50.4 winner here this season

6-Shadrack Hanover – Lightly–raced Team Burke-tuned 4YO stormed home in :27.3 to just miss in a wild blanket photo finish last week, rates highly off that comebacker

5-Zenith Stride – Runner up in the Muscle Hill on Hambo Day, fourth placed third in the Zweig & picked up a check in the CTC, so he seems to be gathering momentum

3-Caruso – Regained his winning form with a decisive wire-to-wire two starts back, then launched late & came up just a neck shy as the beaten favorite from the same post

6-Twin B Tuffenuff – Almost pulled off a 36-1 upset when nosed out by Vettel N last week, this classy Team Burke trainee flashed speed at both ends & looks poised again

5-Vettel N – Vettel & Vinnie get along great off two straight contrasting wins, took a new mark of 1:48.3 last week & certainly can’t rule out another for Team Bongiorno

4-Major Betts – Racing well & been hinting on half milers, his stalking style suits this scenario & completes a strong Team Bongiorno 1-2 punch

5-Amigo Volo – 2020 Dan Patch Award winner & world champion added Lasix just before a two-month layoff, qualified in solid fashion, lands midpack in a competitive match up & has a chance to step up fresh for Nifty Norman

9-Back Of the Neck – Rode the pocket & didn’t miss by much in last week’s Open, stuck outside, but gets some class relief & gate speed can put him in play

8-Rich And Miserable – Eight-time winner in 2021 rallied stoutly in :27.2 to grab second last week, a nice rebound off an early miscue & looks for a better speed set up

6-Stone Hanover – Grinded gamely to a late lead & held second last week, makes his second start off a sick scratch & remains at a reduced level

4-Dealer’s Table – Forced to chase Vettel N from an impossible spot last week, 1:49 performer here this season drops into a more suitable spot for Team Cullipher

5-Father Nuno – 4YO has come around for Team Cancelliere, pressured through a fast pace last week, has a big chance to rebound with no standouts in this affair
