1-More The Better N – Had simply too far to come in his two comebackers, last week as the beaten favorite, now the class & post relief plants him in a prime spot

6-All It Takes – Shuffled from post ten, then had pace in heavy traffic out of striking range last week, gets another shot @ this bottom level with a one for 18 this season hanging over him

8-All Week – Just missed with a :26 kicker two starts back, then forced wide when bumping into a revved up Last Gunfighter, challenging post here, but his back class may continue to resurface with the right set up

4-Claytons Bettor N – NZ bred was able to exploit an easier N/W of 2 @ Pocono as the heavy even money favorite & draws better here to build on that triumph

3-Dontpassme Hanover – Pace compromised & finished well for minor spoils in the Kindergarten Classic, freshman gelding has a chance to improve from the same inside post

8-Teton Sunset – 3YO just one for 15, yet doing well in NY Excelsior A action, note the barn change, his tactical speed can put him in play to contend in a wide-open affair

2-Actor Hanover – Just one for 14 this season, but got stung from post ten in :26.3 & barely outsprinted third last out, closed in :25.4 from post nine before that, now moves inside in top form

6-Sombodyitreasure – Improving 3YO unleashed a pretty impressive 1:49.4 blowout here before going right down the road again @ Harrah’s Philadelphia & looks poised to take another step up

1-My Pal Joe – 3YO gelding is 7 for 11 lifetime, made an immediate impact here by responding to a patient trip, rallied to nail Uhtred for the upset & lands inside a field filled with live items

2-Papiamento – Has regained his form & doubled his claiming tag since switching to trainer Izzy Estrada, committed to a late lead & just missed to Imageofarocker last week & now draws inside that rival

8-Imageofarocker – Two wins & a close second in his last three starts here, responded to a slick drive to prevail as the heavy favorite last week & overcame post eight on 9-12

6-Western Redhot – I have no idea where that sharp upset came from when he woke up two starts back, didn’t quite have the same late pop when bumped up in price last week, but remains a threat

9-Topville Olympian – Owns a mark of 1:50 here this season, has tumbled down the class ladder, got scorched through a fast pace last week & has a chance to rebound despite a demanding post

4-Motive Hanover – Been toiling against much tougher N/W 8 @ Yonkers & returns here @ a much easier level & draws well to carve out an ideal stalking trip in an intriguing handicapper’s puzzle

2-Whittaker N – Dropped to this condition level & tripped out to an overdue win, while well-driven by Dexter Dunn last week, now rewarded with another inside post in a field of question marks

6-Stonedust – 1:49 performer here this season paced a :53.4 back half out of range last week, the hard-trying grey now makes his key third start off the bench & remains @ a reduced level

3-Decision Day – Chased a couple of sub 1:50 scorchers in his last two, the class drop & another inside draw makes him a seemingly easy decision, but note the five seconds this year

4-War Dan A – Mystery Australian import sports a pretty solid record downunder, cruised in his Yonkers qualifier with Lasix added, draws well & the barn is always a threat

7-Cheyenne Ryan Lee – Seems to fit well here fresh off three rousing upsets, the latest was a speedy wire-to-wire from post ten in the GSY Series, 4YO in high gear now & could catch this laid back field napping

10-Solo Story – Horse-for-the-course rallied from a tough spot to hit the board when he dropped to this level last week, moves outside, but kicked home sharply in his last two

3-Western Hill – No wins & seconds in 16 tries this season, yet has finished well for third in his last three & draws inside a highly beatable

5-Islandspecialmajor – Fresh off an impressive post ten tally by unleashing a wicked :52.4 back half, sub-1:50 performer @ Mohawk stalks from midpack now on the move up

3-Trump Nation – Actually gets to drop back down a notch off a gallant third, race timed in 1:49.1, a classy Team Burke trainee lands post three again in prime form right now

2-Last Gunfighter – Came right back with another career best of 1:50 last week, faces the fierce double class hike, yet draws inside again & might be to these

2-U S Captain – Last week’s beaten favorite just missed with a perfect second over trip, fresh n hot Tony Alagna-tuned 4YO draws inside again & in line to unleash his wicked kick from close up stalking range

6-Highalator – Was allowed to rated uncontested, then gallantly fought them off last week despite post ten & three weeks on the sidelines, charismatic fan favorite looms a large threat to repeat from a better post

4-Ideal Feeling – Decisive 1:49 winner here three starts back couldn’t quite get to the well-rated Highalator last week, loses Tetrick, but remains a serious threat to trip out from another inside post

5-Jesse Duke N – You had to be impressed with his gutsy move & narrow loss in last week’s feature, that came after being off three weeks & the class relief makes him a dangerous prospect

4-The Devil’s Own N – 1:48 Mohawk performer this season chased a well-rated Highalator & kicked home in a crisp :25.4 in last week’s feature, had missed three weeks, so needed the race, now drops & draws a bit better

7-Wes Delight – Finished an even fifth while a tad pace compromised in last week’s top class, took a mark of 1:49.4 before that, missed all of last year, so this Tony Alagna trainee is still regaining top form

2-Warrawee Unique – Closed from the clouds & post nine to upset similar three starts back, back on the mile track with an inside post for Team Burke

4-Paduka N – Returns here on a Lasix-driven form spree, including a 1:52.2 upset @ Harrah’s Philadelphia, then a game first over effort last out & draws well

3-Doctor Butch – Classy 10YO got parked @ Yonkers last out after missing three weeks, finds a suitable spot here & draws inside to employ his stalking style

2-Albergo Hanover – Solid runner up in both starts since returning from Ontario, second from post ten to a raging Last Gunfighter, then almost wired them from post eight @ Harrah’s Philadelphia & finally draws inside

3-Seeing Eye Single – Beaten favorite bumped into a feisty Last Gunfighter last week, continues to gather momentum since the sick scratch & this Team Burke trainee has steadily dropped in class & draws better

4-A Major Omen – Deadheat winner two starts back was bumped up in class & caught in never-never land last week, 1:50.2 winner here this season lands in a more suitable spot

9-Franco Totem N – Got run into by a late breaker in the stretch last week, horse-for-the-course draws a tough post, but drops further & owns some gate speed

5-I’m A Director N – Finished a solid second in his comebacker, then obviously wasn’t quite right in the follow up last week, still a fresh threat & has a big chance to rebound from a better post

3-Union Station – Been bogged down by slow starts from outside posts in his last two elsewhere, gets some class & post relief & lands in a real mixed bag finale
