7-Sunset Over Miami – Gradually acclimated to the mile track here & tripped out from post eight for a new mark of 1:53.1, steps up to a higher TM Rating while razor sharp

4-Mccito – Three for 46 last year pretty much sums him up, paced a decent back half of :56.4 in his return to the mile track & lands the same inside post


9-Island Of the Sea – Lightly-raced gelding had the look of a special horse with his powerhouse Big M debut, tougher post here, but headed for bigger & better

5-Sunfirewindrain – 4YO making only his eighth start, a hard-charging third & right there in the photo with A Major Omen, there’s more under the hood with this one

7-A Major Omen – Just one for 21, yet ramping up his game, closed from post eight & well back to by nosed out in :27.1, 4YO is a threat with right set up


5-JK Will Power – Classy Open participant @ Dover Downs acclimated with a close finish, now gets more class relief & adds Gingras for the always dangerous Andrew Harris barn

2-Uncle Reimus – Beaten favorite closed from last to within half a length in the slop, moves forward off that inspiring Big M debut with a much-improved post

1-Change Stride N – Some of the Shaun Vallee horses have really perked up recently, this 1:50 performer here last season has license making his second start off the bench


5-One Lucky Dragon – 11YO has a new lease on life since switching to Andrew Harris, just missed in a bruising effort two starts back, then a strong third stepping up in class

3-Trump That – Team Burke trainee cycling around & hitting the board in his last two, versatile gelding draws inside reunited with Gingras & has options

1-Independent One – Fresh off a huge wake up win against weaker stock, lands inside again brimming with confidence & still fresh on the comeback trail


6-Very Very Fast – Steps up fresh off a convincing post 10 score fresh off the claim by Andrew Harris, trotted a brisk :56.3 back half in the slop & looms large

2-O So Easy – Team Orange Crush mare re-adjusted to the mile track here, finally moves inside off a no-chance mile chasing the fired up Pappy Go Go

4-JL Cruze – The King has been cruising along in and out of the Preferred, beaten favorite rated the pace & finished a solid third last week, draws well again for another class drop


2-JK Wildfire – Drops back down to a more competitive level, 1:49.2 performer here last season also draws inside a field with no standouts & is long overdue

3-Bushwacker – Has suddenly conjured up some of his back class & regained winning form just in time for the Mixed Sale, moves inside for the step up fresh off a rousing score

7-Wild Goose Chase – Another Mixed Sale entry dips back down in class after being clearly overmatched, owns a big late kick & just needs the right pace & trip set up


5-Atta Boy Dan – 19-time winner last year comes off a slow-start, no-chance trip from post ten, gets the class drop & better post he needs to spark something & switches to Corey Callahan

3-Closing Statement – Showed some improvement & rallied to hot the board in the slop, now gets further class relief, while making his third start off the bench

9-Effronte A – Australian import didn’t set the world on fire, yet finished a solid second in his US debut here in the slop, could be up to a tougher post & competitive field


2-Harambe Deo – Regained top form in his last two with an explosive rally & grinded nose loss from the same post last out, live item looms as the one to beat

3-Eddard Hanover – Classy 6YO was a beaten favorite chasing the revved up Mindtrip in the slop, gets a big chance to stalk the speed or take charge from an improved post

7-Somebaddude – The Dude has caught fire reeling off back-to-back blowouts against easier, remains fresh on the comeback trail & poised to tackle this tougher spot


6-Whatstroublnurocky – Shot home to win his Big M debut on 12-21, slow starts cost him in his last two, gets some needed class relief & draws a bit better in an intriguing match up

2-Hurrikane Ali – Ali delivered the knockout punch two starts back before chasing a raging favorite in the slop last week, sharp item draws farther inside a wide-open field

10-Western Redhot – Seen his act here in the past, consistently knocking on the door against comparable stock @ Dover Downs, note the barn change, contender despite post ten


7-Beachchip Hanover – Deserves attention by the :26.2 rally last out, plus he drops a notch & sports a strong number in the win column

3-Born Of Fire – Just missed with a big late move two starts back, too far back in the slop last week, gets class & post relief & could be a price play in this wide-open field

4-Forevernalways – Reclaimed by Andrew Harris who kicked off a recent three-race winning streak, sharp & versatile prospect steps up in a field full of question marks


2-Jack’s Shadow N – Game runner up to a rejuvenated Somebaddude last week, 1:50.4 winner here last season, draws farther inside to work out another ideal trip

6-Like Clockwork – Just missed with a wide rally two starts back, then pace compromised in the slop last week, Team Burke trainee gets another shot at what seems to be the right level for him

9-Keep On Rocking A – Went all the way in his second qualifier here with a :26.4, logicially needed his first start back here, draws outside, but drops a notch


1-Starznheaven – Flashed some sneaky late pace from an impossible spot last week, moves inside & still coming around since the early-December sick scratch

3-Mcthriller – 1:49 performer here last season closed from far back to hit the board two starts back, then had a tough trip in the slop last week, inside draw paves the way for a smoother trip

2-Father Sarducci – Suddenly became a brand new horse banging out two straight blowouts in December & equaled his mark of 1:51.3, has missed a month, but draws inside for Team Bongiorno


7-Urban Renewal – Has been floundering against much better, yet has shown some signs of life in his last two & now drops to the rock bottom condition here

6-Twin B Jays – Just three for 28 & has continued to struggle mightily since the recent injury scratch, but gets a class plummet for Andrew Harris that can’t be ignored

8-Rock Three Times – 1:52 winner here last season has been known for his hot streaks, might have sparked one with that sudden speed display & narrow loss in the slop last week


1-Lear Seelster – Acclimating & ramping up his form, claimed by Nick Surick fresh off a narrow loss out of a shuffle & rammed right back in for the same tag from the rail

2-Just N Berlander – Hot item at the claim box debuts for another new barn off a tough trip from post eight, moves inside & inline for one of his patented stalking trips

4-Top Of The Mark – Andrew Harris trainee tried in vain to make up for a slow start & picked up minor spoils behind Lear Seelster , 11YO was just three for 32 last year
