RACE 1

3-Lauderdale – Classy 8YO horse-for-the-course made a rare miscue @ Yonkers, had post ten here before that, was going well in December & draws well to work out a stalking trip

 

2-Queen Adjala – Off a no-chance trip @ Yonkers this Team Harmon mare returns to the mile track where she can employ her big late kick at a reduced level & draws inside

 

5-A Jersey Contract – This gelding cycled forward to take a new mark at the bottom level two starts back, shuffled & finished well with the double class jump last week

 

RACE 2

1-K-Lees Shakenbake – Forced wide chasing a standout 1:50 winner Mr Euroman N last week, loves the long stretch here & moves inside for his second start in the Burke barn

 

2-Sprinter N – Beaten chalk in both US starts here, a strong runner up, then got parked into a :54.4 back half last week, now gets class & post relief

 

4-Brigadoon – Came around with two close thirds & speed, then was a bit too far out range last week, drops back down, draws well & reunited with Billy Dobson

 

RACE 3

4-Ashes Cash – Jumped on his bandwagon when he got nosed out two starts back, forced wide & pace compromised last week, yet still hit the board & draws better in a tough match up

 

7-Alexander Hanover – Go back to his close second at this level on 1-12, back on the mile track, reunited with Anthony Napolitano & may be worth a swing in a wide-open field

 

2-Keegan Ho – Flashed sudden speed, was allowed to steal away on the lead & equaled his lifetime mark for Team Buter, rewarded with an improved post for the step up in class

 

RACE 4

9-Jacksrluckytoo – Team Harmon’s noted closer kicked home sharply in :26.1 while chasing the 1:50 winner Mr Euroman N last week & drops further here

 

4-Track Master D – Steady 8YO was a much better third behind the impressive Hug The Wind N last week, gets more class relief & draws well in an even match up

 

8-Sutton Seelster – Beaten favorite forced wide from a tough spot in a fast pace, rallied for a new mark from post eight before that & looks for a speed target in a field of class droppers

 

RACE 5

4-Drunken Terror – Fresh Nick Surick claim has acclimated & improved, a hard-charging runner up again last week from the same inside post

 

10-Terror Of The Nite – Kept his every-other pattern going with a perfect trip upset & big bounce-back in a sharp 1:51.3 last week, a major contender despite the outside draw

 

3-JoJo Jove – Finally moves inside after three straight ten holes, claimed by Mike Watson off two acclimating miles here & the rally for third on 1-19 is worth noting

 

RACE 6

7-Yo Cheyenne Rocky – Returned to the mile track with a solid display of speed & got outsprinted in :26.4 last week, just two for 31 in 2017 & tougher post, but strong form in a camera-shy field

 

1-Grave Dancer – Was caught too far out of range last week, sharp rally to hit the board before that on 1-20, only three for 35 last year, yet moves inside to work out a stalking trip

 

8-Modern Yankee – Much better with two big rallies for second last month, can keep it going with the right pace & trip despite another demanding draw in a field begging to beaten

 

RACE 7

7-Bettor’s Edge – Classy double millionaire just missed to the explosive Endeavor while tightened further after the long layoff, 9YO now poised to really bear down in an exciting feature

 

4-Endeavor – Last week’s Preferred winner has been awesome winning three of four here with impressive bursts & controlling speed for Pat Lachance, faces another serious test

 

8-Western Joe – Took last week off after another decisive score while stepping up to this top level, tackles a more challenging match up with plenty of speed to his inside

 

RACE 8

10-J T – Lived up to more tote hype & unleashed a vastly improved performance to score in his second start for new connections, chance to step up despite the outside assignment

 

9-Art History – Failed to fire in his last two & draws a tough post, but drops again for his second

start in the Burke barn, owns a big kick & back class, a threat if he can somehow turn it around

 

2-Major War – Goes back up in class, but draws better off a sharp narrow loss with pace at both ends with Eric Abbatiello, tough to dismiss in current form

 

RACE 9

3-Brickman – Angled out of traffic with some more late pace from the same inside post last week, makes his fifth start on the comeback trail & the winning wake up call might be imminent

 

7-Dr C’s Z Tam – Classy 12YO was on a roll before getting parked & claimed last week, gets another fresh start in a new barn & takes aim at a speed target in a competitive affair

 

6-Yankee Heaven – Has taken a few starts to come around since the claim, closed stoutly in :26.2 to hit the ticket at 38-1 last week & may be on the verge

 

RACE 10

6-Live On – That was a really impressive comeback last week, came to life off a fast pace & barely outsprinted fresh off the bench, 9YO can logically follow up

 

8-Southern Pursuit N – Set a pressured pace & came up just a neck shy in a much-improved effort last week, tougher post, but down in class & coming around after a recent sick scratch

 

3-Hope For Badlands – Just missed as the beaten favorite two starts back, closed from the clouds with another furious rally last week, moves inside & long overdue

 

RACE 11

3-Flem N Em N – Saved ground & came rushing up the cones to finish a close second to an exploding Rocket J last week, draws inside that rival in another competitive field

 

10-Rocket J – Mixed Sale purchase circled foes off the hot pace & measured it off with a handy :26.4, stuck outside, but the imminent action could produce another favorable set up for him

 

5-Durant – Encountered a nightmare three-wide trip last week, perfect trip upsetter before that has the class & form to rebound in a tight match up

 

RACE 12

5-Mr Euroman N – Just missed in his US debut, then followed up with a tripped out & wrapped up 1:50 tally last week, NZ import poised to take the next step up for the Crocodile Man

 

3-Ponyta Boy – Jumped on his bandwagon & finished well into a :54.3 back half in last Saturday’s opener, draws well to set up another stalking trip within closer range

 

6-Bad Boy Brad A – Dropped a positive hint two starts back & erupted into a wicked :53.3 back half to score the upset in a career best 1:50 last week, a major danger for Scottie D

 

RACE 13

9-Rolling Sea – 3YO gelding found his winning groove @ Monticello, then unleashed a pretty convincing score here last week, advances further despite a more demanding draw

 

8-Pepper Guy – Easily made it five in a row & two-for-two here despite a 42-day layoff, lightly-raced Pelling-tuned 4YO now returns from 31 days rest with a tougher post, but loads of talent

 

4-Long Beach – Well-bred 4YO plagued by sick scratches has flashed some ability, draws well off a much-needed fifth career start & might be ready to tap into his potential
