RACE 1

2          Fox Valley Steffen – Worked out an ideal second over trip & faded to seventh last week, but was coming off a lame scratch & had missed 42 days, rallied to equal his mark of 1:55 here back on 2-23, draws well to regain some of that form

4          Detroit Rapper – Horse-for-the-course & recent claim showed his class with that easy romp from post seven two starts back, beaten favorite then had a tough trip & ran into a raging Two Hip Dip, draws well to atone

5          Creampuff Macdaddy – Got parked in the slop last time @ Harrah’s Philadelphia & caught a sloppy track before that @ Pocono, only four for his last 43, yet a patient Paul Minore drive could spell upset

RACE 2

7          Deacon Tony – Muscle Hill colt had some stakes experience as a freshman for Team Burke & took a mark of 1:57.3 over an off track, chased a potential monster Tuonoblue Rex in a fast 1:53.4 qualifier

8          Celebrity Ruth – Hails from the first crop of world champion Archangel, 1:50 [$1,140,972], first foal from a sister to Housethatruthbuilt, 1:52.4 [$1,164,931], both 2017 qualifiers were excellent & gets The Buckeye

6          Madison Muscle – Homebred product of the Maine circuit won his Scarborough Downs qualifier with trot to spare, makes his debut here for a reputable trotting barn & will be monitored closely

RACE 3

1          Romancing Rachel – Was barely outsprinted by Chapter Too in :27.3 after a perfect trip last week, Muscle Hill filly draws inside again on verge for Team Burke

2          Chapter Too – Campbell’s Hall of Fame hands have exquisitely guided this developing filly to two wins, a second & a third in four starts here, all from the rail, fresh off a career best 1:55.1 she continues to improve for Mark Harder

5          Skaterly – Lightly-raced & consistent colt attacked first over & finished a solid third to Angel Cindy in his 3YO debut here as the heavy favorite, previous qualifier was excellent, skipped last week, major stalking threat for The Buckeye

RACE 4

7          Top Flight Angel – Scored his first two wins off a sick scratch just before the layoff last Fall, fresh off an eye-catching qualifier for Team Orange Crush, beating Southwind Cobra, faces another intriguing match up here

8          Southwind Cobra – Grand Circuit winner in 1:53.3 @ The Red Mile & Team Burke Hambletonian prospect finished strong in both qualifiers, runner up in the latest to Top Flight Angel

5          Enterprise – From first crop of 2012 HOY Chapter Seven, brother to Guess Who’s Back, 1:52.4 [$114,850], dam is a sister to Poof She’s Gone, 1:53.1 [$1,312,093], romped in his only start at two & cruised in his qualifier here, how good is he?

RACE 5

6          Montalbano Bi – This Team Harmon-trained gelding found his best stride this past Winter when he took a mark of 1:54.2, didn’t fade much after getting parked last week & gets another class drop

2          Danish Durango – Classy 1:52 winner here in 2016, just one for ten in a disappointing 2017 so far, hasn’t quite had things go his way recently, but now gets another class drop & draws inside as a prime threat

3          Master Of Excuses – Found a way to come bursting on through for the upset last week at the bottom rung, draws the same inside post & steps up a notch to meet some classier foes

RACE 6

3          Crazy Wow – $1.5 million winner just one for 14 last year, nosed out in the TVG FFA Final, won both qualifiers for Team Burke, his latest with a :27.2, looks ready to roll right off the hop

5          Muscle Diamond – Aired it out with authority @ Pocono two starts back, then paid the price for an unusually slow start last time, hasn’t raced in a couple of weeks, but look for Campbell to get him more involved this time

2          Tuonoblue Rex – Mystery European shipper debuts here for Team Orange Crush fresh off a standout qualifier, virtually impossible to gauge him at this point, likely needs a start, but draws well to be forwardly placed

RACE 7

6          Penpal – Couldn’t have looked any better in her two straight 1:51.4 breezes fresh off the bench, steamrolled with an effortless :54.2 back half last out, Pat Lachance has a special stakes player blossoming before us

7          Call Me Queen Be – 2016 Breeders Crown upsetter in :25.4 won her qualifier with a :26.2, outsprinting Darlinonthebeach, barn is off to a great start here, but this is a serious test for her first start off the bench

5          No Clouds Bluechip – Empire Breeders Classic winner at three flashed much more late pace with a :26 in her second qualifier, while chasing Call Me Queen Be, a serious stakes contender gathering steam

RACE 8

5          Rock Of Cashel – Thought he was sitting on a big one last week & closed sharply in :27.3 to grab second money, drops another notch & knows how to win here

2          Hot Summer Knight – Gelding has fired up the engines in his last three, stormed home from a tough spot to just miss by a nose last week, moves inside as a major threat again

8          Rose Run Quickley – Gelding has noticeably picked up his game in his last three, handled a double jump in class with a sharp narrow loss last week, tougher draw here, but sharp as a tack now

RACE 9

3          Jaye’s A Lady – Major stakes player at two qualified in sharp fashion with pace at both ends, :26.2 on the end with Gingras, inside draw makes her a major player right off the bat

4          Twinkle – Absolutely impossible to predict her impressive debut here off two nondescript Pompano qualifiers, brushed & held off a fierce late bid with a sparkling :26.4, draws well to make it two-for-two

8          Windsun Brooklyn – Lightly-raced filly flashed some talent at two, both qualifiers were strong, then broke while launching a late move as the heavy favorite last week, draws a tougher post for her rebound attempt

RACE 10

4          Golden Idol – Has been gearing up against similar, winning back-to-back on the comeback trail & just missed last out @ Dover Downs, stalking type with a chance to surprise

2          Keystone I Wish – Popular mare has been a winning machine here this season, tripped out lower mark to 1:51.2 last week, recent Mike Watson claim looms large from post two again

5          Gweneeee J – Stole one on the front end as the heavy favorite two starts back, beaten favorite tried to close from an impossible spot chasing Keystone I Wish last week, draws the same inside post & owns some back class here

RACE 11

3          Chat Snap – Romped in her first three starts before running into a heavy favorite in Miss Jones in the Weiss Series @ Pocono, promising filly returns to the mile track with an inside draw

7          Touchmatic – Filly makes her 3YO debut after winning her second qualifier with a :26.3 sprint to the wire, product of the NY Excelsior A Series deserves a long look here

9          Phyllis Jean – Made a quick adjustment to the mile track when she responded to aggressive handling & gunned down Dustlanemissmolly, draws a much tougher assignment off that career best
